hello, how very very sad i too gamble on those bloody roulette wheels and lost lots money of m this year alone ..... when i look at my children i cry for the holiday we or they should of had !!!!

you can do it & don't be taken in by you can only do it if you go GA meeting.

i am doing it on my own 23rd day no gambling - just think to yourself I am not going to do it then count every day as a success
