hi well ive just done the last of my money again and im sitting here here hungry angry and feeling hopeless i need some help badly!

hi,i know excatly what you are going through.you are not alone mate.ive been there many times.please try and get to a meeting. it's the only way forward.there is always hopeand a way forward.try and get all the help you can..it's not easy and this addiction is a terrible illness.you can never beat it but you can get better.i wish you a bet free future .all the best <!-- s --><img src="{SMILIES_PATH}/icon_e_smile.gif" alt="" title="Smile" /><!-- s -->

i just dont know what to do! i say i want to stop then i do it all over again i get a BUZZ knowing i having money in my pocket in the morning and i can have a bet its ruined my life yet i still cant stop!

Get along to your nearest GA meeting. If you want to stop, GA can help you.

This forum is good, but nothing will replace that special fellowship of a GA meeting.
We are all united in one cause only... to stop gambling, and to help others stop gambling.
