I have managed to block myself from gambling on the internet, and have also self excluded myself from casinos. However, I am still able to get into bookmakers, and this is where my real problem lies. When the compulsion hits me, which is becoming more and more often, I cannot stop myself going into bookies to play the roulette machine. I have just come back now after losing another big amount of cash and it really has got to stop.
Does anyone have any ideas or suggestions about how I can self exclude myself from them, or at least to be able to limit the amount of money I can access??
