Hi jess,its lovely to hear that your recovery is going well.this forum is also a lifeline to me too,i believe its been around 6 weeks since my last gamble.keep your thoughts and comments coming,by sharing we are all helping one another and i agreee as the days pass the urge that was so strong at the begining does slowly lessen so our every thought is not of the next bet.keep strong and determind.cleo x
