once again ive fallen back into the old trap of gambling ,stopped for 18 months completely but been slipping back into my old ways and this has coincided with my stress related problems to the point where im now struggling to work, im at my wits end again has i thought i was getting somewhere with this filthy problem of mine but now im back to square one, please give me some advice
