Get yourself along to a GA meeting. It will be the best thing you could ever do.
It isn't a selfish program, in GA we learn to accept the help of others (which includes helping out ourselves), we accept unity and guidance of the GA program. After all, doing things selfishly got us to this state in the first place. Now we need to try things a different way. This is what GA is here for.
Without meetings, it is gonna be very tough.
