In my experience of ga, all them things you are doing worked for a short while but eventually getting through on will power caught up to me and I returned to gambling heavier and harder.

Since I looked into the 'programme' '12 steps' in its original AA format. The compulsion for me to gamble has gone, will power has gone, I am able to walk around with money, I can walk past a betting shop and it doesn't enter my head. As long as a practice step 10-11-12 every Day the compulsion for me to gamble isn't there.

Really glad what your doing is working Josh...
Just be aware there's a big difference between reading the steps and working them with a sponsor on a daily basis. Lets hope what your doing keeps the gambling at bay, but if it comes back maybe think about a sponsor...
