Only suggestion to you is attend a meeting.
I cannot really say much more and know thats ulitametely a descision you may not take but it did wonderful things for me.

Welcome, I can only say that if you continue to gamble your life will become a living hell, much worse than the one you have now. I had to take the longest, hardest road until I finally reached out for help and found GA. I would not swop my life today for another bet. You have a choice - take it and embrace it.
