Dear Ione i am writing this after reading your post it was a real shock as i have exactly the same story i too have been addicted to slots and bingoand have self excluded from them all only to join more.I started of with a few pounds here and there but now a days i spend hundreds(of money we dont have)I have got us into so much debt its shocking i feel so bad and have decided when i have finished this to self exclude all my accounts and look into a blocker i have a young family and feel so bad <!-- s
