hi, everyone i have suffered last ten years from gambling.
today i have decided to end it.
i promise to stop and attend ga meeting.
i want to make a fresh start.

I just wanted to say well done. You have taken the first step to a new life.
Attending regular meetings will give you the strength to carry out your declaration and some tools to help too.
