Hello Jessica, I have been wondering about how you are going. Glad you realize that this illness is too hard to beat on your own. You will find the GA fellowship and the 12 steps a great way to a new and wonderful life. Just take it slowly, don't dwell too much on the past and if you do, deal with it and put it where it belongs.
You seem to have your addiction pretty well worked out. It took me many years before I could admit that my gambling was causing my life to be unmanagable.
Come on here often and by that way you will not only help yourself but be helping 0ther unfortunate's who are still suffering.
