Well done!! I have been following your recovery for some weeks now and have admired how you have grasped the GA program.
Somedays seem bleak and everyone has stressful days, but it's how we deal with them that's important.
You offer strong, constructive advice to other poeple who come in here looking for help and hope. You make sure that you take time to care for yourself also.
