Told my wife about my addiction last night, told her I had no control over gambling.. she was amazing.. said she new i was gambling and is relieved that its out.. she hated my sneaking around lying and covering things up..
its a new start now, i hope i can beat it.. she is going to support me,, im going to my first GA meeting on Monday and wife will go to gamanon same night.
I know it wont be easy, but finally facing up to it and telling my wife was something I put off for a long time.. i hope now i can go all the way
I will try to stick it out....
big thanks to the people I spoke to on the chat site yesterday.. they helped me realise that confronting it head on was my only option..
