Though it doesnt seem like it sometimes this is a 2 way question, your wife and kids live for u as well, but as you know in times of anger we dont always see this.
Thankyou for your honesty in your answers to your own questions, maybe some of the answers you are not happy about you could write down and think what you can do to change the answers, Remeber changing answers what you have put aint gonna happen overnight, but the same olde saying one day at a time them days will add up and gradually you will see the changes being put into action.
