Hi,
Not sure were to start so please bear with me, I thought i was doing well not gambling but every now and then i fall back and spend all my savings in one go, Take today i was feeling low and did my money on slots i was only happy for a bit but now i am feeling even lower. I want to attend a meeting but i am a very nervous person if i dont know people. I want to give up and today i banned myself for 3 months from this one place (i did it for 6 last time). I did go into loads of debt last time but paid that off and now i am worried i will do the same.
I live in the Manchester area and want to attend the Manchester meeting but would like to know which is the smallest one (not many people) Do i have to stand in front of everyone etc?
