You are so right!
Boredom is a huge threat to your success. For me, I find I have to do things I enjoy, rather than just passing the time.
I have rediscovered my love of reading,gardening etc. But I find if I am for example reading a book that I am not really enjoyng much that my mind wanders. Same with housework etc.
I find if that happens that I am better off stopping what I was doing & try something else...maybe TV, play with my dog,etc.
One day at a time.
