Hello Chris, This is not a nice way to live. I lived like that for many years and felt that nothing was going to help me until I become honest and finally made it into the GA rooms and realized that there was other people just like me and understood what I was talking about. Look up your nearest meeting Chris and go along to a GA meeting with an open mind and see how you feel. There are no 'boogey men' that will drag you through the doors, just welcoming people who have been where your are at present.
