Hi hope all is well
Just to let you know that not gambling is fantastic! i used to gamble everyday and now i dont, its still early days but 6 weeks not gambling is really good and once you get the first few weeks under your belt the rest is easier.
Going to a meeting wont be a magic wond but if you really want to stop it is the best place to go..
I will always be a compolsive gambler but one that doesnt gamble <!-- s

They will give you loads of tips that are proven to work. like dont carry excess cash or have cards on you, and it makes not gambling loads easier.
