Hi, just admited to my wife that i cant stop gambling. i am taking my first steps on wednesday, to tell you the truth i am a bit scared but it has to be done cause all day and night all i think about is having a bet. I have taken thousands off my wife and run up all sorts of debt. it just eats away at me 24/7. so if any one who can give me some advice it would be good thanks.
