Your post was brief and I want to just mention some things to you as in your brief post I take that as admission.
So welcome I am a compulsive gambler as are you. In that it means if I have cash and am not on the GA recovery programme then I will gamble.
Fortunately I know where you are right now, GF, wife loved one gone and in reflection only one person to blame, yourself.
So go to GA, see what there is at this place and I am positive it will help you change.
