The next step is to attend a Gamblers Anonymous (GA) meeting. You can find your closest one by clicking on the "meetings" tab on the "home" page and then clicking on Town/City to find somewhere close to you. You will meet REAL people who have real lives which have been adversely affected by gambling. They will be able to guide you onto the road to recovery. Attendance at GA meetings is, in my humble opinion, essential for anyone who wishes to seriously address the issues that gambling compulsively brings.
