Your question is a delicate one. Gamblers Anonymous has no opinion on any outside issues and neither endorses nor opposes any causes. Our primary purpose is to stop our gambling and help other compulsive gamblers to do the same.I think that if your son self excludes himself, then the gambling establishment he has self excluded himself from, should turn him away should he subsequently attempt to gamble at their place of business. Please note that it is your son who must make the self exclusion application. You may accompany him, if he chooses to accept your helpful offer.

The above may not be exactly what you wanted to hear, but I hope it clarifies the position.

The fellowship of "GamAnon" may be able to help you further. Their website is Please visit the site for further information on who they are and what they do. You would be most welcome to attend a real, face to face, GamAnon meeting and i'm sure they could be of assistance to you in your situation.

Yours in GA unity
