Your family don't deserve the sorrow of losing their mother,wife...so don't go there.

Yes you have a problem, but with help, you can overcome it.

Go to your nearest GA meeting. Open up to them. They can help you, but you have to take the first step through the GA door.

I often thought counselling was just B.S.. But, since I have used a counselling service, my views have changed. I think you would get a great deal of benefit from counselling. Again, you have to be honest...be open. It will hurt you to reveal all, but it will also help you.
