How do I make the gambling feeling go away?

i have been gamble free for almost four years thanks to Derby GA, and I can honestly say the feeling to gamble never completely goes away. You can beat it however. I find my weekly meetings a great help, as I use them as a down load session and can meet with other people who are like me and feel the same way.
