Are you trying to be philosophical about what being a compulsive gambler is or cure your problem??
I dont understand?
I dont need to ground myself or search for answers. I am a compulsive gambler and just for today I did not gamble, thats all I need to know.
Once I entered GA and once I gave up searching for the answers when only one answer exsisted I started to understand that the only answer was to follow the rules that allow me to abstain.
Such as not having access to cash, putting barriers in place and most importantly living for today.
