It is healthy and strong for people to talk out when they feel emotionally vulnerable.

I did not understand that certain people in my life were dysfunctional emotionally vulnerable people.

People use to dump on me which was very unhealthy.

When people in my child hood were suppressive aggressives they were emotionally disconnected with other people.

Even though they were there physically they was no way they could have emotional intimacy with other people.

So for me they were emotionally abandoning me.

I wanted to feel loved emotional intimacy and protected.

That was not to be.

Love and peace to every one.
