It is great that you have come clean about your addiction and you are taking strides to get better.
In concept everyone's 'rock bottom' is different. Many think of it as an all-time low never before experienced. After 25 years of irresponsible gambling I found that every time I dug a hole I could always manage to dig a deeper one. So, for me, with an addiction that allows me (even encourages me) to push the boundaries, there is no rock bottom that I can speak of. The only rock bottom I can think of that is un-passable is 6-feet under, and I truly believe that unless I continue to stay away from gambling that this addiction will show me where my rock bottom is in person. It really is that serious.
