broken again and again.
Hi Sajed.

Mate, you are never alone, GA has always been there for you, but it's up to you to grasp it. I can tell you now that the group will welcome you back with open arms. They will be glad to see you, sad to see that you are not doing to great, but eager to help.

I am sure it is tough to walk back in a meeting and say that you have gambled but once it is done it is out of the way. No-one will judge you. If you need to talk, you know where I am.

Yes I hear this a lot...and feel it myself from time to time..
but then i ask myself what am i doing to make the groups better? Am i putting in the effort or am i expecting others to do all the work?

In recovery I get out of GA what i put in...and recovery for me is a 24/7 thing...

Maybe offer a contribution in meetings, greet new members, be the tea maker, help people between meetings by phoning or texting...or maybe you could do them all??

Give it some thought... <!-- sWink --><img src="{SMILIES_PATH}/icon_e_wink.gif" alt="Wink" title="Wink" /><!-- sWink -->
