Ok, a few home truths (sorry for the abruptness!)...It's already been said that you have to want to stop. If you don't truly want to accept help and turn your life around there's absolutely no point! GA was the best thing to ever happen to me, but you have to give yourself a kick up the backside and work for it. However, if you put half the effort into your recovery as you have done with your gambling, you'll be well on the way.

It is a truly horrible addiction that can take you to horrific lows and if you don't wake up and smell the coffee, it'll get worse and worse. I wish you all the best and hope you can find the courage to embrace sanity.
