Thanks for your advice guys.

I suppose the first one is always going to be the hardest. I will give it a go on Thursday. I need to do something as it has become out of control and enough is enough.

My parents are encouraging me to go to GA and I am lucky I have a lot of support and family around me.

I am going to go on Thursday and will let you know how it goes.
